KATE FENGYI JIN

Case Manager 

Kate brings strong leadership, a deep understanding of participant care, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Her journey from support worker to Case Manager has been shaped by hands-on experience, a passion for empowering individuals, and mentorship from experienced case managers.

Kate has led her team with empathy and purpose, contributing to improved health and well-being outcomes for participants while fostering team unity and morale. In her role as Case Manager, she continues to support staff development, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and oversee the implementation of individualised care plans that reflect each participant’s goals and aspirations. Her focus remains on ensuring best-practice services and meaningful outcomes for those she supports.

 

 

GAIL SANTOS

HR and Compliance Officer 

Gail is the HR and Compliance Officer at ENOP, bringing extensive experience in human resources, governance, and compliance management. With a strong background in business administration and leadership roles across global organizations, Gail ensures ENOP maintains high standards of workplace culture, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Her expertise spans employee relations, recruitment, policy development, and compliance monitoring, helping to create a safe, supportive, and efficient environment for both staff and participants. Gail’s ability to balance people management with rigorous compliance frameworks is essential in supporting ENOP’s commitment to delivering quality services within the disability sector.

Prior to joining ENOP, Gail developed her skills in multinational companies such as Accenture and IBM, where she led teams, managed complex projects, and implemented enterprise-wide systems like SAP Ariba and Oracle ERP. Her leadership roles in youth organizations and international volunteer experience further reflect her dedication to empowerment and continuous improvement.

Gail holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management, and has been recognized for her leadership excellence. At ENOP, she plays a vital role in driving the organisation’s people and compliance strategies in alignment with its values and mission.

 

 

KAIMIAN LI

Finance Officer 

Kaiman Li holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance and brings a diverse background spanning accounting, business operations, administration, procurement, and education. With strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and cross-cultural communication expertise, Kaiman is well-equipped to contribute effectively in dynamic and evolving environments.

In her previous role as an accountant at Alice Tax, Kaiman managed comprehensive financial duties including accounts payable and receivable, payroll management, financial reporting, and transaction oversight. She is proficient in various financial software and systems, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Kaiman is particularly motivated by Enable Opportunities’ mission to enhance the lives of individuals through quality NDIS services. She is eager to leverage her financial expertise and adaptability to support the organization’s continued success and make a meaningful impact on the community it serves.
